Tips to manage common winter illnesses for the whole family
As the temperature falls during winter, families spend more time within the warmth and comfort of their homes, providing optimal conditions for the spread of common winter illnesses such as cold, flu and coughs. Parents can’t ignore their responsibilities to their family when they feel unwell, and symptoms such as nasal congestion, dehydration and cough can be a real challenge. Congestion
